Our Cancellation / Deposit Policy 

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.

We require a non-refundable fee of 25%. Please note that the deposit will be applied towards the final balance of your appointment fee with us.

If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a penalty that equates to $100, and your booking deposit will be forfeited.

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide a cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Please also note that each individual is allowed to reschedule their appointment twice per financial year (unless we deem otherwise). We understand that illness and other unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from attending your appointment, however, in the past we have experienced clients who continuously reschedule their appointment for months on end and actually never end up showing up for their appointment, resulting in a cancelled tax return. This means we lose valuable time that could have otherwise been spent with other clients who needed those time slots. We hope you understand.

In case you are running late and we are not notified, your appointment will only be held for 10 minutes before being cancelled. Please note a $50 penalty fee will apply if we are not notified.
